MITIS Beats 30 Schools in Youth Month Celebration Quiz Bee

Michael Andre Barbarona bagged the second place during the Quiz Bee held at the Muntinlupa City Hall earlier today.

Barbarona, grade 9, scored 39 points in the upper grades / high school division, besting contestants from both private (San Beda College Alabang, PAREF Woodrose School, San Roque Catholic School) and public schools (Muntinlupa Science High School, Itaas National High Schools, Muntinlupa National High School - Annex).

Charles Denver Opague, grade 6, scored 27 points and placed 6th in the lower grades / elementary division.

Barbarona and Opague were trained by Social Studies teachers Sheryl Anne Ramos and Melvin Nifas.
